The owner of this company and our realtor Larry have been awesome! They spend tons of time getting to know you and have a total NO PRESSURE way of doing business. I love as first time home sellers they have taken the time to answer questions and help us get our home ready to sell this coming spring. They never act like they are too busy to help and never try to "sell" us. Their honesty and willing attitude to help us without making us feel silly is why I adore them. I've also seen them in action with buyers and they are top notch. Unlike other companies they DO NOT treat you like a number. They treat you like you are their ONLY client. It's great. I wouldn't trust my home with anyone else, and trust me we've interviewed a lot of realtors. These people are top notch!

My girfriend who struggles with two children was treated mercillessly by this realtor. They charge a $75 fee for grass cutting fees. When we moved her out, we spent a lot of money and several weeks cleaning this house; cleaning it by hand, professional cleaners, repairwork you name it, we did it. 3 months after we move out, we are billed a $280+ fee for cleaning, a 5 day charge to turn on the utilities again when we don't even live there, and a mowing and pick-up-debris fee, when we already took care of all that beforehand. We drive by the house and it looks exactly the same as we left it. No changes, nada. They didn't even take it out of her downpayment. Even when she was in the house, they never gave any effort towards maintenance. The realty was called by us 3 months before we left to help fix the centeral heat and air. Nobody ever came. Sundance Realty of Lawton, OK, who we are now under, came in 3 hours when we called about the same problem. The difference between the two Realtors in customer service is night and day. My suggestions? Stop these Gestapo tactics, learn how to do business, and stop screwing your clients over, especially when they are single mothers with multiple children.
